Was looking for a light to replace the one in our kitchen. I have replaced two incandescents in less than a year. I have waited a bit to see how this one would work. So far it is great. It does take a few seconds before it achieves full lighting output. This is not a problem since the light in question has 5 other bulbs (all flourescent).
