Hunter 23723 Review: Hunter Fan 23723 52-Inch Five-Minute Ceiling Fan, New Bronze. I gave this a 5 star because; its pretty, its quiet (slightest motor hum), provides sufficient air flow compared to a 44" model, it could have been installed easily (definitely read below), and they even included the bulbs. I envision 2 types of buyers. If you are electrically and mechanically adept, this will be straight forward to install (It took me 1.5 hrs to hang this unit, another 2 hrs previous to build the supports and wire the box.).
